Clamato, the walk-in only seafood bar from the team behind Septime, has become a fixture of the 11ᵉ arrondissement. The menu is short and constantly changing, with impeccably fresh seafood sourced from French ports. Dishes are minimally prepared, often raw or barely cooked, but lifted with a touch of creativity. Casual, lively, and consistently reliable, it has grown into one of Paris’s most beloved seafood addresses.
