BIWAN is the semi-gastronomic Japanese restaurant within iRASSHAi, the Japanese food and culture project created by French entrepreneurs in central Paris. Its name comes from B1, or Basement 1, the level where the restaurant is located.
Open for lunch and dinner, BIWAN serves bento boxes at lunchtime and set menus in the evening. The quality of the ingredients is very good, with precise preparations and clean, well-balanced flavours. There are counter and table seats, as well as small Japanese-style private rooms.
