Le Tout Paris

Located on the 7th floor of Cheval Blanc, Le Tout-Paris is a Michelin-starred brasserie that captures the Parisian spirit with sweeping views from Notre-Dame to the Eiffel Tower. Designed by Peter Marino, the space provides a colourful backdrop for chef William Bequin, who, under the guidance of Arnaud Donckele, reimagines bistro classics with finesse—green bean tart with stracciatella, gambero rosso carpaccio, or sole meunière—while desserts, such as the signature mille-feuille, are crafted by Maxime Frédéric. With its broad terrace and vibrant cocktail bar, the restaurant is as much about its panorama as its cuisine.
