Les trois chocolats Paris

Opened in 2017 on rue Saint-Paul, Les 3 Chocolats is run by Emiko Sano, who trained at Plaza Athénée and with MOF Olivier Bajard. Her creations bring together Japanese finesse and French savoir-faire, from elegant pastries to refined chocolates. Sano represents the third generation of a family of chocolatiers, a tradition that began in 1942 when her grandfather Gensaku founded the Chocolate Shop in Hakata.
