Sankaku is a discreet gem in Paris, dedicated entirely to onigiri and run single-handedly by cheffe Yuko Yoshida. Before opening her own counter, she trained under Kunitoraya’s founder Nomoto Masafumi, and today she prepares each rice triangle to order with remarkable precision and care. Signatures include soy-marinated egg yolk, salmon with yuzu-chili mayo, and tuna with spicy chili oil mayo—flavours that turn a simple snack into something memorable.
