Opened in 1914, Quimet & Quimet is a tiny, standing-only tapas bar in Barcelona’s Poble Sec, now run by the fourth and fifth generations of the family. Montaditos and conservas are its specialities, including unusual combinations such as loquats with anchovies. The family originally opened the tavern to sell its own wine, produced in El Bruc.
