Review

Roscioli is one of Rome’s great institutions, a family legacy spanning four generations. It began with the bakery on Via dei Chiavari, documented as far back as 1824, and later expanded to the celebrated Ristorante Salumeria on Via Giubbonari. Today, brothers Alessandro and Pierluigi carry forward the tradition, blending history with modern tastes, and continuing to set the standard for Roman bread, salumi, and wine culture.
