Just steps from the Pantheon, Armando al Pantheon is a family-run landmark dedicated to traditional Roman cooking, prepared with straightforward techniques and excellent ingredients. Founded by Armando Gargioli, the restaurant later grew with his sons Claudio in the kitchen and Fabrizio in the dining room, who also developed a wine list of nearly 400 labels.
Today, the next generation carries the legacy forward: Fabiana, a trained sommelier, oversees the cellar and guest experience, while Flavio manages reservations. Supported by long-standing team members, the Gargioli family continues to uphold the restaurant’s spirit of Roman tradition and warm hospitality.
