As the first clay pot rice restaurant in London, it focuses on serving the finest Japanese rice sourced directly from Japan and the purest water from Orkney, offering an authentic Donabe experience. The menu features highlights such as smoked Negitoro don (with wild tuna from Japanese fisherman Hajime Tanaka in Portugal), sea bream rice, and A5 Wagyu sukiyaki rice, among others.
