A year after the fire that destroyed his restaurant in White City in September 2025, third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi has reopened in a two-storey townhouse in Chelsea, and is better than ever. The new ENDO has just ten seats around a 200-year-old hinoki counter from Kyoto. Endo’s omakase follows traditional Japanese techniques, with an emphasis on dashi, seasonal ingredients and wild-caught fish from British waters. Upstairs is Moga, a Japanese listening bar with an extensive vinyl collection and custom sound system.
