Inspired by Basque asadors, Brat focuses on open fire cooking. Named after the Old English word for turbot, Brat features the signature grilled whole turbot, as well as other well-executed Spanish inspired dishes such as fresh grilled chorizo and grilled bread with anchovies. Overall, it offers a very good experience and, for me, is better than other Basque-inspired restaurants that have been trending in London over the recent years.
