Miga is a contemporary family owned Korean restaurant in Hackney, run by veteran chef Hyun Sang Ko, who draws inspiration from his grandmother, a renowned chef in Seoul during the 1970s. With over 30 years of experience, Chef Hyun Sang Ko has worked under top masters in Korea and Japan, as well as in London, before opening Miga last year, where he cooks convivial Korean dishes with top notch execution you will have nowhere in London.
