Modern British bistro Dorian was opened in Notting Hill in 2022 by Chris D’Sylva, the man behind the nearby Notting Hill Fish Shop, known for sourcing some of the best ingredients available in the UK. Almost immediately after opening, Dorian became a favourite with locals and one of the most popular restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The cooking is centred around exceptional seasonal produce and the open grill. Dorian is particularly famous for its steaks, alongside a constantly changing menu of more creative dishes. Wine is also a big part of the restaurant, with an extensive and carefully chosen list.
