Facing the waters of Port Hercule, U Luvassu is the continuation of a family fishing tradition that spans four generations. Run today by Éric Rinaldi, the former fishmonger has evolved into a relaxed seafood counter and tasting space where the daily catch remains at the heart of the experience.

The menu changes according to the day’s arrivals, with Mediterranean fish, shellfish and seafood served with a focus on freshness and simplicity. Seafood platters are a particular draw, enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the harbour.

A recent partnership with Maya Collection has brought additional influences to the menu, introducing a selection of dishes inspired by both Asian and Mediterranean cuisines. The result is a convivial address that combines Monaco’s maritime heritage with a more contemporary approach to seafood, while keeping the quality of the ingredients firmly in the spotlight.
