The Restaurant at The Dolder Grand, Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder presents a cuisine defined by precision, creativity, and a distinctive aromatic style. Awarded two Michelin stars and 19 GaultMillau points, it is among the most acclaimed fine dining addresses in Zurich. Since its opening, Nieder has shaped the culinary identity of the hotel, earning numerous accolades, including the title of Chef of the Year 2019.
Beyond the restaurant, he also curates THE EPICURE, the annual gourmet festival he launched in 2014, which gathers leading chefs from around the world in Zurich. His ambition remains the same: to craft dishes that linger in memory long after the meal.
