A Munich institution since 1971, the two-Michelin-starred Tantris Maison Culinaire continues to shape German gastronomy under the vision of Sabine and Felix Eichbauer. Housed in a listed Bauhaus landmark, the restaurant preserves its original 1970s spirit—orange lamps, sculptural lines, and contemporary glasswork by Mayer of Munich. Led by chef Benjamin Chmura and pastry chef Maxime Rebmann, both alumni of Maison Troisgros, Tantris now embraces a refined French direction, mirrored in its cuisine and extraordinary cellar of French and European wines.
