An intimate Edomae-style counter run by Carl Ishizaki, who brings more than twenty years of sushi experience. Opened in 2014, it became the first Japanese–Asian restaurant in Sweden to receive a Michelin star. The omakase blends classic Tokyo technique with Scandinavian seasonality, using Nordic fish and seafood selected specifically for this style of sushi.
