StreetXO is Dabiz Muñoz’s casual outpost — the sister restaurant to his three-Michelin-starred DiverXO — and one of the most exciting places to eat in Madrid. The cooking is intense, colourful and deeply flavour-driven, combining influences from China, Japan, India, Korea, Mexico, Peru and beyond, yet always landing in perfect balance. Few chefs can merge so many cuisines in a single dish with such clarity and precision.
The atmosphere is energetic and deliberately chaotic, matching plates that are playful, bold and technically sharp. Its cocktail bar, Circus, follows the same creative thread.
