Sa Nansa is a long-standing restaurant in Ibiza specialising in Ibicencan seafood, headed by chef-owner Pedro Tor, who is known for celebrating the island’s traditional coastal cuisine. Open year-round, the restaurant focuses on fish and shellfish from Ibiza, prepared in classic dishes such as bullit de peix, borrida de rajada, Ibizan lobster, and a wide range of rice dishes and fideuàs made with the day’s catch.

The kitchen also uses vegetables from its own garden, along with a small selection of meats and a concise, well-chosen wine list. Located near Marina Botafoch, Marina Ibiza and Pacha, Sa Nansa offers straightforward, local cooking that reflects the flavours of the island.
