Located in the charming fishing village of Fornells, Sa Llagosta has long been one of Menorca’s reference addresses for local seafood. Led by chef David de Coca, the kitchen is centred around the island’s prized red spiny lobster, sourced from the waters surrounding the north coast and prepared with a light touch that lets the quality of the ingredient speak for itself.
The restaurant is particularly known for its caldereta de langosta, Menorca’s iconic lobster stew and one of the island’s essential dishes, but lobster is offered in several other preparations too. Alongside it, expect a selection of impeccably fresh local seafood, simply cooked and deeply rooted in Menorcan culinary traditions.
