Restaurante Lana

Opened in Chamberí in 2022 by Argentine brothers Martín and Joaquín Narváiz Fernández, Lana draws on their upbringing in Tandil and the culture of cooking over fire. The grill is at the heart of the restaurant, with carefully sourced and matured beef, Argentine cuts and offal cooked with a precision that brings together Argentine asado and Basque grilling traditions. The wine cellar is equally ambitious, with a particularly strong selection from Argentina. With only a small number of tables, reservations can be very difficult to secure.
