Opened in 1945 by Tore Wretman as the sister restaurant to Riche, Teatergrillen remains one of Stockholm’s most classic dining rooms. The cooking centres on top-quality ingredients—turbot, salt-baked Swedish entrecôte, löjrom—prepared in a refined Hausmann style with French influences. Much of the experience happens tableside, from fish being boned to fruit flambéed, a reminder of traditional dining-room craftsmanship.
