Restaurant Ca na Toneta

Run by sisters Maria and Teresa Solivellas, Ca na Toneta is one of Mallorca’s leading advocates of seasonal, local cooking. Working closely with nearby farmers, small producers and their own kitchen garden, they create a menu that reflects the island’s landscape and changes throughout the year.

The cooking is rooted in traditional Mallorcan recipes and techniques, but never feels stuck in the past. Instead, each dish offers a simple, honest expression of the island, its produce and its rich culinary heritage.

The wine list is equally thoughtful. It leans towards low-intervention and natural wines, with a strong focus on small, independent producers from Mallorca, the rest of Spain and beyond. The selection is extensive, carefully curated and one of the most interesting on the island, with plenty of bottles chosen to complement the kitchen’s ingredient-led cooking.
