Quique Dacosta Restaurante is a three-Michelin-star destination in Dénia, shaped by the landscapes and ingredients of the Costa Blanca. The cooking draws on the Mediterranean and the region around Montgó, expressed through contemporary technique and a strong sense of place.
Chef Quique Dacosta began working in kitchens as a teenager and joined the restaurant El Poblet in Dénia in the late 1980s — the place that would eventually become his flagship. There, he developed his own style through years of study, experimentation and a deep connection with the local territory. His cooking reflects the coast, the sea and the surrounding land, reinterpreted with precision and imagination.
