Pou des Lleo

A hidden Ibizan locals favourite in northern Ibiza, Pou des Lleó is located just above Cala Pou des Lleó, in a part of the island that still feels unchanged. Family owned and run, the setting is as simple as it gets, plastic tables and a terrace under the trees. The focus is on rice and seafood. The wood fired paella is one of the best on the island, and a personal favourite. Deep in flavour and carefully cooked over fire, it captures exactly what this place does so well.
