Pastry chef Yuki Hayato and front-of-house professional Lumi Hachiya first met in 2018 while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris. During lockdown, they began offering biscuits, caramels, birthday cakes, and frozen parfaits to order, an experience that led them to launch their own brand in 2022. After a year in residence at Bistrot Pergo, they opened their boutique at 17 rue de Maubeuge in September 2023. Today, Yuki & Lumi stands out as one of the best pastry shops in Paris, known for elegant creations with a modern and Japanese touch.
