Marmar is a charming new Mediterranean restaurant near the port of Nice, founded by Claudio Marsico and Jacopo Marini, two Italian-born professionals with deep roots in fine dining. After working in renowned establishments such as Le Negresco and Le Comptoir du Marché, the duo created their own concept built on simplicity, freshness, and travel-inspired flavors. The menu is intentionally short and changes often. A certainly great new addition to the Niçoise dining scene.
