Editor’s Highlights

Marchesi 1824, Milan’s most historic pastry shop, turned 200 last year. Now owned by Prada, it still preserves its soul — especially at the original Porta location, my favourite, where the coffered ceilings and vintage details capture the charm of old Milan. Famous for its artisanal Panettone and impeccable pastries, it remains a true symbol of the city’s tradition.
