Le Château Sormiou, run by the Rambaldy family for three generations, is located in the protected Calanque de Sormiou, just a 15-minute drive from Marseille city—yet it feels like a world apart. The restaurant is renowned for its traditional seafood and fish dishes, especially the excellent oven-baked seabass. Its famous bouillabaisse is available by pre-order only. Access by car is allowed only with a reservation. With stunning views and authentic flavuors, Le Château Sormiou offers an authentic taste of Marseille’s coastal cuisine.
