Run by the three Bertolini brothers—Alessandro, Massimo and Tiziano—Trattoria La Coccinella has been a reference in Serravalle Langhe since 1998. Returning to their native Piedmont after working abroad, they helped give a voice to the Alta Langa at a time when the region was still overlooked, championing a supply chain built on local farmers, breeders and Mediterranean fishermen.
The cooking draws on Piedmontese tradition while allowing thoughtful contemporary touches, with seasonal vegetables, heritage meats and cheeses, and fish sourced exclusively from the Mediterranean. Warm service and a deep sense of place anchor the experience, offering a clear expression of Alta Langa hospitality.
