Ibai, located in the heart of San Sebastian, has been revitalized by chef Paulo Airaudo, blending its storied history with contemporary style of dining. Formerly an institution under the legendary chef Aitor Garro, Ibai is now an elevated dining experience that celebrates the essence of Basque cuisine. The new Ibai has little in common with how it used to be, but it’s worth visiting if you are looking for something more upscale in the centre of the city.
