Review

Gasoline Grill began when founder Klaus Wittrup, inspired by his first American burger as a teenager, set out to recreate that same simple and high-quality experience in Copenhagen. The first location opened in 2016 inside an old gas station, serving organic, no-nonsense burgers made with a strict “no compromises” approach. It sold out on the first day and has continued to do so ever since.

Today, Gasoline Grill has several locations across the city, including the original Landgreven station, Værnedamsvej and Copenhagen Airport. The formula remains unchanged: straightforward, well-sourced and consistently great burgers that have become a true Copenhagen favourite.
