Opened in 2016 by Vasco Coelho Santos, Euskalduna Studio takes its name from the chef’s formative years in the Basque Country and reflects his approach to contemporary Portuguese cuisine shaped by experience at Mugaritz, Arzak, El Bulli, Pedro Lemos and other leading kitchens.
The restaurant centres on an intimate counter where guests follow a tasting menu built around technique, playfulness and seasonality. The atmosphere is intentionally close and interactive, allowing the team to cook, finish and present dishes directly in front of diners.
