Es Boldado

Set on the cliffs above Cala d’Hort, Es Boldado has been run by the Tur Torres family for over thirty years and remains one of Ibiza’s classic addresses for seafood and rice dishes. Its terrace overlooks the dramatic silhouette of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell, a setting that frames the restaurant’s specialties: bullit de peix, salmorra, and a selection of freshly caught fish and shellfish.
