Review

A true temple of seafood, D’Berto is renowned for its remarkably large and pristine fish and shellfish from the cold northern waters of Spain. Run by siblings Berto and Marisol Domínguez, the restaurant has grown from a modest churrasquería into one of Galicia’s defining seafood destinations.

Guests are welcomed by a street-facing aquarium showcasing exceptional specimens, followed by a chilled display of the day’s catch and a wine cellar of more than 300 references. The kitchen’s philosophy is absolute respect for product—grilled, steamed, seared or slowly braised, each preparation highlights purity and precision. This uncompromising approach earned D’Berto the title of Best Fish and Seafood Restaurant at Madrid Fusión in 2014.
