Founded in 1966 by Vittorio Cerea and now run by his children, it has grown into a Relais & Châteaux estate and one of the country’s most celebrated restaurants. Holding three Michelin stars since 2010, it blends Lombard tradition with creative flair, offering menus that evolve with the seasons while remaining firmly rooted in the family’s culinary heritage. Signature dishes such as the legendary Paccheri alla Vittorio with tomato and butter sauce and the giant “Orecchia di elefante” (to be pre-ordered) are a “must” and that’s why I prefer taking à la carte here rather than tasting menus.
