Chez Rose

Opened in Mayfair in May 2026, Chez Rose is the first bistro from Chef Spencer Metzger, Executive Chef of the two Michelin-starred Row on 5. Named after his late grandmother Rosemary, the restaurant serves French-inspired bistro cooking using seasonal British produce.

Metzger spent more than a decade at The Ritz London before leading the kitchen at Row on 5. At Chez Rose, the focus is on straightforward, well-executed dishes made from quality ingredients, with a menu that changes regularly throughout the year.
