Review
A Japanese fusion restaurant by the extraordinary Yoji Tokuyoshi, who has been reshaping Milan’s dining scene for nearly two decades. After a decade with Massimo Bottura at Osteria Francescana, Tokuyoshi opened his own Michelin-starred restaurant in Milan, originally Italian cuisine through Japanese techniques. Today, his Bentoteca embraces the opposite: Japanese cooking infused with top-quality ingredients — from Sicilian tomatoes to wild bluefin from Portugal. The result is a creative, evolving cuisine that feels both authentic and entirely original.
