Having grown up in Congo, Alexandre Mazzia is a true artist, mastering an array of very different flavours and small dishes that work in full harmony. His cuisine is bold, memorable, yet precise, elegant, and truly delicious.Through his cooking, Alexandre celebrates his childhood memories as much as the beautiful sea and land of his native Marseille.
My recent visit to AM by Alexandre Mazzia in Marseille was a voyage full of colours, diverse flavors, and emotions. It is, without any doubt, one of the strongest 3 Michelin-starred restaurants I’ve been to over the recent years.
