"Orania.Berlin is set inside a restored 1913 Art Nouveau building on the leafy Oranienplatz. This 41-room boutique hotel is the only upscale address in the edgy east Kreuzberg, a neighbourhood better known for nightlife than fancy five-stars. Hosts Jennifer and Philipp Vogel have built something refreshingly unpretentious. They take hospitality seriously, but they’re not uptight about it. The hotel is also dog-friendly and full of buzz, with live music echoing through the building’s cabaret-era past. "
