Expertly crafted hand pulled noodles and other Xi’an specialties by the cheffe extraordinaire and Netflix documentary star Guirong Wei. The hand pulled noodles are made fresh to order, and you can still hear the banging sound during their preparation, which is why they are called “Biang biang” noodles. They are served with a variety of condiments, but the signature dish features lean beef and a secret chili sauce. The Hammersmith location is the newest, with another location in Holborn as well.
