Le Boitet is a mountain restaurant located near the slalom stadium of Saint-Gervais, just 200 metres from the Bettex cable car terminus, on the slopes of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area. A cosy spot well known to ski instructors, it offers breathtaking views of Mont-Blanc and the Fiz mountain range.
With its chalet-style atmosphere and sunny terrace, it’s the perfect place for a hearty lunch or a relaxed break after skiing. The menu, overseen by Emmanuel Renaut, the three-Michelin-starred chef of Flocons de Sel, features simple yet generous dishes inspired by Alpine and family traditions.
