Café Japan, a top-notch quality, low-key sushi and izakaya style restaurant in Golders Green, London, uses the best ingredients, as it is owned by the Japanese ingredients and seafood importer, Atariya Group. The drive from central London is quite far, but worth it. Booking is essential as it can get busy with locals.
