Kolae is a Thai grill and bar located in Borough Market, created by the team behind Som Saa. The restaurant focuses on food inspired by Thailand’s southern provinces, combining British produce with Thai ingredients.
Set inside a restored former coach house, Kolae is arranged across three floors. Downstairs, an open kitchen and counter seating place the grill at the centre of the experience, with much of the cooking prepared directly over open fire. The flavours are bold and expressive, shaped by Southern Thai traditions.
