Review

Old-school is back with the perfectly executed classic French cuisine at The Ritz—one of the very few places in London that takes no shortcuts when it comes to ingredient quality and execution. This is classic cooking at its finest, showcasing the most stellar ingredients sourced from the British Isles and Europe, masterfully prepared by Chef John Williams and his team. The Scottish langoustine à la nage, paired with a brilliant sauce of white wine, sweet mirepoix, butter, cream, lemon, herbs, and dulce seaweed, was among the finest langoustine dishes I’ve ever had. The recently awarded 2 Michelin stars are very well deserved.

I've written more about my experience at The Ritz — discover the full story in the Luxeat Magazine.
