In the village of Barbaresco, Trattoria Antica Torre is a family-run restaurant that keeps alive the flavours of the Langhe. Known for its handmade tajarin and plin ravioli, the kitchen prepares fresh pasta daily using carefully selected local ingredients. Founded in the 1980s by Giacinto “Cinto” Albarello as a convivial gathering place for friends, it has since evolved into a beloved village trattoria, where his family continues to honour his legacy with warmth and authenticity.
