Laëtitia Visse is the chef and visionary behind La Femme du Boucher in Marseille, a bistro specializing in meat, offal, and house-made charcuterie. She opened the restaurant in 2020 with the aim of reviving and reimagining France’s rich butchery traditions. Trained at the Ferrandi School in Paris after a degree in literature, she grew up surrounded by baroque music and travel, influences that helped shape her creative sensibility. Her love for bold, rustic flavors led her to work with top chefs before joining the acclaimed bistro Les Arlots, where she met Thomas Brachet and discovered her passion for nose-to-tail cooking.
