Founded in 1946 and long associated with French gastronomic tradition, Le Taillevent holds two Michelin stars and remains one of Paris’s most emblematic dining rooms. Owned by the Gardinier family, the restaurant is built on three pillars: a generous, precise cuisine, service in the purest French style, and a cellar that brings together both great names and rare, confidential cuvées. Since 2021, chef Giuliano Sperandio has been at the helm, drawing on the restaurant’s rich heritage while adding a touch of inventiveness and unpredictability that defines his cooking. A house of memory, but also of renewal.
