Opened near Bastille in 2026 in the former Dersou space, Toy is a small ramen restaurant by British chef George Black, who previously worked at Black Axe Mangal and Bright in London and Maison in Paris, and spent several years developing his ramen between New York and Tokyo.
Fresh noodles are made in-house daily and served in a short selection of ramen, including shio and shoyu based around a smoked eel dashi, as well as a vegetarian version with mushrooms and white miso. A few small plates and a good selection of low-intervention wines complete the menu.
