Cocina Hermanos Torres is the project of twin chefs Javier and Sergio Torres, whose cooking presents a precise, personal interpretation of Catalan cuisine. Their work is rooted in classical technique and an uncompromising focus on ingredients — Mediterranean seafood, mountain herbs, and seasonal vegetables sourced directly from nearby producers.
Flavours are revisited with clarity and restraint, relying on texture, balance and depth rather than ornament.
